Very severe bug :
For guru's, it's an evidence !
For users with commandline experience, small problem.
But for common users, without any experience, suddenly a device disappear !
For newbies in Ubuntu, it's a severe problem.
I gave some initiation in linux and ubuntu : what shall i say to students ?
I fully agree Dimitri's note above.
