I have still problem using blender with the intel 965gm chipset on a vostro 1310 with kubuntu 8.10...

running several programs i get this bug:

blender: brw_vtbl.c:98: brw_new_batch: Assertion `!brw->no_batch_wrap' failed.
Aborted

(within blender it only occurs sometimes and using the same file that used to crash my desktop completly on kubuntu hardy)

I added the blend file causing the error as an attachment
