Running hardy on an older laptop: HP M2108US w/celeron proc. Suspend has not work on this machine since 2.6.24-16

Following instruction in comment #59 and did a:
apt-get install linux-image-2.6.24-19-generic linux-ubuntu-modules-2.6.24-19-generic linux-restricted-modules-2.6.24-19-generic

In 2.6.24-19 suspend functionality works!

Downside sound now does not work, although for the first time the system 'beep' works?

attached is lspci -v in text file for this HP M2108
