After some tense hours working at getting everything back to normal it's all working good and then I notice I'm using the 16 kernel, I downloaded todays update and my only worry is I'll get stuck in 640x480 video again with my nvidea driver ... question, did todays updates take care of the video card getting stuck in 640x480 or should I keep using 16 ...

It's amazing the time and energy you guys put in for open source and the time you take to teach ...
