Yikes. I believe that as of the recent fuse/samba update (this AM), this bug is back in Karmic with OO 3.1.
Open a spreadsheet from an NAS in OO
Save the spreadsheet back to the NAS, (there seems to be a short freeze after what looks in OO like a normal save) quit OO
Re-Open the spreadsheet in OO
OO reports file corruption and will "repair" the file. The data looks fine, but saving to the NAS and re-opening results in a repeat of the corruption message and repair process.
Saving the repaired file locally avoids the repair/corrupt message when the file is reopened. Copying the local file to the NAS lets one open the file from the NAS without the message/process.
