I confirm this problem on a thinkpad X60s/feisty
i try to connect to a wireless, it's very slow and do not succeed all times.
$ uname -a
Linux qingdao 2.6.20-16-generic #2 SMP Thu Jun 7 20:19:32 UTC 2007 i686 GNU/Linux
My last boot /var/log/messages attached.
