Just did a do-release-upgrade (successfully) on *same machine* previously ^ posted. (From 20 to 22)
This is the only Ubuntu server I admin that does this.
I am not sure what is different about it?
Has anyone had any luck determining what it exactly might be? Other than annoying..

Welcome to Ubuntu 22.04.3 LTS (GNU/Linux 5.15.0-83-generic x86_64)

(....)

You have packages from the Hardware Enablement Stack (HWE) installed that
are going out of support on 2027-04-30.

To upgrade to a supported (or longer-supported) configuration:

* Upgrade from Ubuntu 20.04 LTS to Ubuntu 22.04 LTS by running:
sudo do-release-upgrade -p

OR

* Switch to the current security-supported stack by running:
sudo apt-get install
