Ok, I talked to one of the OVN mantainers and he confirmed this point: when "update_metadata_port" is called from update/create subnet, there is no need to update the metadata port in all subnets. That will be done in each subnet call.

Only when this method is called from the DB sync process, can update the metadata port globally.

I'll push a patch today.
