I've observed kubelet suffer PLEG issues on bionic hwe 5.4.0-132.148 that did not occur on 5.4.0-131.147.

Re-compiling 5.4.0-132.148 from source with the "epoll: autoremove wakers even more aggressively" commit reverted appears to resolve the issue for me.
