[Impact]
WCN6856 Bluetooth doesn't work, and wifi doesn't load -2 firmware.

[Fix]
Add one more ID for BT, and one commit for ath11k to load -2 firmware first if exists.

[Test]
Verified by our engineers and Dell on some Dell platforms with WCN6856 card.

[Where problems could occur]
Adding ID doesn't affect old systems, and support -2 board name only works on new WCN6855 cards.
