Basically it works out-of-box for once, 1280x720@30fps, then Intel
icamerasrc element doesn't release fd upon pipeline stop, leaving
error messages in system journal:

Btw, hack for cameraNumber in /etc/camera/libcamhal_profile.xml is no
longer necessary.
