First some general advice. Deb packages are ALWAYS available for released software versions, but they're under the source package in Launchpad. Sometimes the source package and the binary (deb) package have the same name. On the other hand, sometimes a lot of packages are built from a single source package. The debian/control file will list the source package for a particular piece of software (i.e. if you were to do `apt-cache show deb-package-name | grep Source`). If you're trying to find information for a different release, you might look up the deb package on packages.ubuntu.com. It will show you a link to the source package name at the top left. Once you have the source package name, you can look it up on Launchpad (or use `!upkg source-package-name` on duckduckgo.com) and from there you'll see all the debs along with a bunch of other downloads or simply look at the bottom of the listings at packages.ubuntu.com.
