Hi,
Tajik is in Ubuntu from the beginning!
However, for some reasons the language name Тоҷикӣ is not listed on the very start screen of the install process, or when you press F2 after you insert the installation CD or start to install Ubuntu from any other media.

I will check if Тоҷикӣ is now listed on 20.04 version on the very start screen of the install process by pressing the F2 key
