Comment 22 for bug 1723350

Could somebody please add Bionic back?
We observe this on Bionic, it's pretty random, mostly machines with fast root devices (e.g. NVMEs) are affected. Backend is offline on boot and stays offline.
Since it's so random and I don't want to enable debug information on all machines we have, I can't promise that we will be able to collect debug data.
