Just for reference, I have a Kodak P850. This is how it identifies itself:
Bus 003 Device 003: ID 040a:0592 Kodak Co.
I also needed to add rules to my udev rules.d. Note that I am running Edgy, this really need to be there by default.. Perhaps there should be a rule that just has the vendor id... There seem to be a lot of products missing at the moment..
