When I do use both `snd_intel_dspcfg.dsp_driver=1 snd_hda_intel.model=alc255-acer` kernel parameters:
1) VERY BAD: there is no mic available in sound settings :(
2) GOOD: when I connect something into audio jack, an overlay asking for device type pops up - letting me to select whether it is headphones only or headset
When I do use just the `snd_hda_intel.model=alc255-acer` kernel parameter or no parameter at all (just defaults):
1) GOOD: both mics work
2) VERY BAD: there is cracking in headphones every couple of seconds whenever there is no audio playback active after changing the volume level - it feels like if it's turning on and off in a cycle… it stops, eventually, but its very annoying, especially if speakers are connected. It is the very same sound as it does by turning on the laptop.
Well, there is one issue still in here.

3) BAD: no device selection popup
PS: In any case, I am still using also `pci=nocrs`, because I have to due to this issue https:/ /bugs.launchpad .net/ubuntu/ +source/ linux/+ bug/1884232
