expectations of how far up the stack it is expected to be integrated, to properly discuss, scope, and agree on the plan of action and timelines. for example if it is expected to use supplementary archives and packages (like the cloud-archive, for qemu/libvirt, and hwe kernel flavour - or not) and so on and so forth. Is integration expected in Openstack? MAAS pods? Who will do integration and backports? So on and so forth.
On Canonical side, we will at least need to schedule this work across foundations, kernel, server and openstack teams most likely.
