Please ignore the MWAIT comment, this is present ever since I set BIOS option
  Advanced > AMD CBS > Zen Common Options > Power Supply Idle Control
to the necessary (for system stability on any Ryzen CPU) non-standard value of 'Typical current' (#1690085).
