Comment 47 for bug 1763594

I am on Kernel 5.2.9 and still experiencing this issue. How has this been fixed?

for me this patch solves all issues, can someone else please confirm?
also, how do we get this into kernel (as the testpatch is already in "limbo" for over a year)
