I just encountered the problem again, after upgrading to libpinyin-1.10.0, but we can temporarily
solve the problem if we delete this two file:

~/.cache/ibus/libpinyin/opengram.dbin
~/.cache/ibus/libpinyin/user_bigram.db

and I got in this bug again, after deleting it for about 20 days
