I've verified these as best as I can. I installed 1.14.4 and played a load of different filetypes:

  - mp3
  - ogg
  - flac
  - opus
  - mp4 (H.264)

with different codecs, e.g. mpg123, libav, ...

and different players - epiphany, totem, rhythmbox.

I didn't find any regressions.
