@Axel, can you record what you see on the screen as you login (I do not need to see keypresses, but maybe seeing what happens on screen as things refresh would help).
Also, have you tried what I wrote in comment #8, stopping systemd-networkd, restarting with the debugging enabled, and reproducing the issue in a browser (and then attaching the logs here)?
