Ethernet Cable Unplugged/Connecting on Lenovo Thinkpad T430

[sharifm]

After the kernel update, Ethernet is not working on Lenovo Thinkpad T430. Looping on Unplugged/connecting as if cable fault. Tested cables and switch. Reverting back to Kernel 4.13.0-37-generic solves the problem completely.

Tested latest v4.16 kernel kernel-fixed-upstream tag was added
