Zim can not start stating, that a module is missing `zim_markdown.py`

The solution that helped here was to simply create a link
`ln -s /usr/lib/python3/dist-packages/zim/formats/markdown.py /usr/lib/python3/dist-packages/zim/formats/zim_markdown.py`
