This has not nothing to do with IP ec but is a failure to connect to the mysql server after installing zentyal-network:

Paramétrage de zentyal-network (2.3.3) ...
root command mysql --defaults-file=/etc/mysql/debian.cnf zentyal < /var/lib/zentyal/tmp/sqlSuper.cmd failed.
Error output: ERROR 2002 (HY000): Can't connect to local MySQL server through socket '/var/run/mysqld/mysqld.sock' (2)

Exit value: 1dpkg : erreur de traitement de zentyal-network (--configure) :

I would check that mysql is up and then reinstall zentyal-network
