Try to open System > Preferences > Mouse (or Keyboard, Sound, Windows, etc). Click
'Help' button at the bottom left corner. The help window is appear immediately, but
the content took more than 10 seconds and 100% CPU usage on my 1.8 GHz computer.
There is no slow load with some other GNOME's apps like gcalc, gedit, etc though.
