Comment 3 for bug 130724

Today I got an update for Yelp, which changed the situation.

- the error message when gnome-display-properties is started from command line has gone
- Yelp does not show a table of contents anymore
- Yelp immediately shows a new error message:

The requested URI "ghelp:///usr/share/gnome/help/user-guide/C/user-guide.xml?goscustdesk-70" is invalid

Yelp is now version 2.19.1
