Bug Description

Yabause fails to build on armhf because of two reasons:

1. wrong flags for compiler - this is fixed with attached patch
2. src/sh2_dynarec/linkage_arm.s file uses softfp VFP calls

The patch isn't sufficient to close this bug - it only fixes Marcin's first point. I assume that's why this bug is still in the ARM porting queue.
