Unfortunately, you're not going to find anything quite like Goals in YNAB. As someone else mentioned, YNAB wants you to spend the mental energy to categorize every single cent - doing this manually rather than automated just keeps you more in tune with your money.
What I do, in place of goals, is just put a " - $80" in the category name when I'm saving for something specific. I know that the amount I budget into that category every month needs to match. I do the same thing for fixed monthly bills.
I would highly suggest you giving YNAB a try - I had a very difficult time saving *anything* when I was just using Simple. I've been using YNAB for just two months, and our monthly savings has easily tripled, even with Christmas.
