Comment 2 for bug 1318454

This doesn't seem to be a bug in xubuntu-artwork to me. You simply have another package installed that conflicts with the contents of xubuntu-artwork. Upon removing the package backbox-artwork you should be able to install xubuntu-artwork normally.
