More information:

If I start Ubuntu with wlan deactivated, when I start the graphic session I switch on the wifi key and I connect to a network it works perfectly.

Now, the problem comes when the system is hibernated or suspended, in that cases when the system wakes up the wlan interface stops working and I must restart the system to make it work again.

The same problem when I pull down the screen of my netbook.
