Select the right one for your computer under the heading "Package Files". For my HP 2133, I of course chose:
xserver-xorg-video-openchrome_0.2.903+svn713-1ubuntu2~ppa3_i386.deb (181.7 KiB)
The download program asked if I wanted the patch installed to which I answered yes.
After installation you need to reboot for the patch to take effect.
That should hopefully work, it certainly did on my HP2133.

You do not need to fiddle with the source code, as Martin is trying to tell you, that is for the developers.
This is what you need to do:
Go to this location to find the compited patch just ready to install:
