Bug Description
Installing on lucid amd64 using aptitude fails with the following error (translated from german)
The following packages are coruppt::
xserver-xorg-core
The followind new packages will be installed::
nouveau-
The following packages have broken dependencies:
xserver-
Using synaptic for installation would remove the entire xserver and therefore also packages like ubuntu-desktop.

For the time being the driver xorg-video- nouveau (1:0.0. 10~git+ 20090823+ 569a17a- 0ubuntu1)
xserver-
is an experimental one and does not provide necessary graphical environment.
There is no reason to install it.
One should use the official driver nvidia-current (190.53-0ubuntu8) for NVidia cards.
