I might be wrong, but I think certain applications cause the crash.

After de-installing the flash browser plugin some days ago, I didn't experience the problem any more. That is, until I started playing around with Eclipse. My system has crashed twice this weekend, and each time I was running Eclipse.

It might be a coincidence though.
