I have the same problem, with Fedora 23 too.
The PC have random freezes; sometimes it remain freezes, and I most force reboot with the PC button; other times the PC will restart after a few seconds of freeze.
The Nvidia GT 240 is inusable with nouveau drivers (the proprietary drivers work fine).
But proprietary legacy nvidia drivers (340xx) are no more present in Fedora 23 rpmfusion (and they old versions do not work with Fedora 23), and so I can not use Fedora 23.
