I tried to reproduce this, now I receiver this error:

I could not get the notebook screen and the external online, notebook is black.

Graphic errors are the same as before.
But I would say, the slow reaction time is maybe not because of fps. For example, the terminal is sometimes very slow, I could type something and it is written a second ago.
Graphics seems to be smooth, but the screen is not refreshing, for ex.
