Is there another definitive test that we could use for demonstrating this problem?

I have run the above flash video's on my Sandybridge computers, and on an older computer with an NVidia 8600 GT video card with proprietary drivers. The tearing problem rarely occurs with the NVidea 8600 GT. With the Sandybridge computers the tearing occurs frequently.
