Contents of /var/log/messages with drm.debug set to 0xe

The mode of the secondary composite TV output is indeed 640x480 only, the primary VGA is at 800x600. We need to run TV-out at 640x480, which is where we see the problem. Please find output of /var/log/messages, with the drm.debug parameter set to 0xe.
