You are correct in your comments in posting #100.

The only odd thing is that the first time that I ran the cd-rom ISO file, it froze shortly after U-9.10 started. The second time, I ran the cd-rom trial version, the special effects option was set to "none". The only change was to set the U-9.04 special effects to "none" before testing.

Not sure why the results of cd-rom ISO trial version vary between tests....
