It doesn't only crash when idle. When I use OpenGL programs that are using DRI extensively, my xorg server crashes and is unable to restart. I suppose it is a memory problem, as the bug is reproducable when i have many MATLAB windows with graphical output, open at the same time. With DRI disabed the problem does not occur.

I also tried to upgrade to the newest versions of libdrm, mesa and xorg-video-intel as suggested on the http://intellinuxgraphics.org webpage, but that did not help.
