So I applied all patches to drm-intel-next-2016-03-30 (tag from drm-intel-nightly). I still do have my specific error (underrun FIFO), which apparently results into black screen flickering:

[ 1.307318] [drm] Finished loading i915/skl_dmc_ver1.bin (v1.26)
[ 1.332959] [drm] Initialized i915 1.6.0 20160330 for 0000:00:02.0 on minor 0

[ 50.860161] i915 0000:00:02.0: BAR 6: [??? 0x00000000 flags 0x2] has bogus alignment
[ 55.077891] i915 0000:00:02.0: BAR 6: [??? 0x00000000 flags 0x2] has bogus alignment
[ 55.333444] [drm:intel_dp_link_training_clock_recovery [i915]] *ERROR* too many voltage retries, give up
[ 728.412055] [drm:intel_cpu_fifo_underrun_irq_handler [i915]] *ERROR* CPU pipe A FIFO underrun

Thanks anyways, it was worth a try.

btw: The bogus alignment and training clock error was after I recovered from suspend.
