Thanks for pointing me to that bug reports, but none of them are related to this bug. I've not experienced crashes, but only hangs after the "xaa: evicting pixmaps" message. As Jose Bernardo said, the message no longer appears on a clean tribe 4 install, and I'm not sure how to trigger it, so I'm not sure if my system will hang after it appears. Any help on this would be appreciated.

The 120_fedora_disable_offscreen_pixmaps.diff patch shouldn't change your EXA behaviour.
