I'm still getting this on the latest updates for gutsy (kubuntu).
The bug is serious, it makes it impossible to shut down, or hibernate laptops (happens nearly every time on my laptop, a dell d410, with a
00:02.0 VGA compatible controller: Intel Corporation Mobile 915GM/GMS/910GML Express Graphics Controller (rev 03)
).
I've switch back to i810, which doesn't have the problem for me, but has the Badalloc video problem, which makes playing video in X impossible. I need to shut down more than I need to watch video though.
