Well everyone seems to take granted intel driver is much better than i810... I can't see that on my system (intel 945GM/GMS/GML) : the only really noticable difference I see is that with intel driver I cannot play video !

So, isn't i810 by default with suitable xorg config to enable 3D a better solution than any other workaround ?
