Human theme has bad buttons under ATI 320m card

Bug Description

On computers with ATI 320m cards, and while using the FLOSS driver, all buttons have artifacts while using the human theme. These disappear after the mouse has rolled over them, but they re-appear when the window is re-opened. This is apparently reproducible on a stock install with a 320m IGP. The problem disappears when switching to another theme like ClearLooks.
