Bug Description
Look, I don't know what package it is, if it is one at
all, but your form *requires* that one be chosen, which
is not very well thought out.
Well, I didn't get far with the testing. This is for Dapper
Drake flight 6. Whatever video mode it kicks into just
into installation, or just into verifying the CD, is not supported
by the Dell 2005FPW LCD monitor. The monitor just
goes blank after starting the kernel except for a self-generated
message "DVI mode not supported."
It does, however, work with a Dell 2405FPW LCD monitor.
Unfortunately Dell monitors are too mentally retarded to inform
the user what the mode they're running in is.
Hope this helps.
P.S. Whatever video 10 SUSE 10.0 uses for installation works fine.
The video board is a Radeon X600 "hypermemory."
