Yes, I tested as well, and - it worked. :)
There was no 3D acceleration though, but I suppose it's a matter of drivers, not packaging team.
P.S. There were some other minor problems, such as weird default font DPI and failed synaptics touchpad, but I read it was into Errata so there's no point worrying about that.
