as I can see there some additional patches applied to ubuntu deb.
I think one of this patches is the key to the problem.
so I took a look in next released version 6.7.195-1ubuntu2.
Some of the patches are actual commited in source, but some like 100_radeon_enable_bios_hotkeys_by_default.diff
I can't find.
