Set the psmouse driver protocol.

 sudo su
 echo options psmouse proto=exps > /etc/modprobe.d/psmouse.modprobe
 reboot

This enables right-clicking, but removes the ability to control other touchpad features. For example, you cannot disable touch-clicking.
