Mathias Dietrich, thank you for testing the mainline kernel. Which v3.10-rc did you test? As well, did the mainline kernel you tested completely eliminate the problem, or just alleviate major symptoms?

If it did not completely eliminate the problem, as per http://support.lenovo.com/en_US/downloads/default.page? an update is available for your BIOS (1.21). If you update to it, does it change anything?

If not, could you please provide the output of the following terminal command:
sudo dmidecode -s bios-version && sudo dmidecode -s bios-release-date
